Production and Shipping Timeline

It typically takes 7 business days for our facility to produce and ship your order after purchase.

After dispatch, standard shipping transit time is 7 to 12 days, depending on your country and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs vary based on your destination and the number of items in your order.

When you add products to your cart and proceed to checkout, simply enter your delivery address to see the exact shipping charges. The system will automatically calculate and display the total cost.

Tracking Your Order

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please check with your nearest post office or delivery provider.

What If I Receive the Wrong Size?

If you receive the wrong size due to an error, contact our customer support team.

We will send the correct size free of charge, once we receive three clear photos showing:

  • Chest measurement
  • Length
  • Sleeve measurement

This helps us verify and resolve the issue quickly.
