Track Your Order – Simple Steps to Follow
We know you’re excited to receive your Mercier order. Here’s a clear and easy guide to help you track your package from the moment you order to delivery at your door.
Step 1: Order Processing (1–3 Working Days)
After you place your order, it takes 1 to 3 working days to process and prepare for shipping. During this time, we check your details, prepare your product, and get it ready to dispatch.
Please note: All Mercier items are made-to-order, so processing starts as soon as your payment is confirmed.
Step 2: You’ll Receive a Tracking ID
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a Tracking ID via WhatsApp or email.
This ID is a 9 to 14-digit number that lets you follow your package every step of the way. Save this number — you’ll need it to check your delivery status.
Step 3: Delivery Time (4–7 Working Days)
After shipping, your order will reach you in 4 to 7 working days, depending on your location.
Please keep in mind:
- During festivals or holidays, delivery may take 2–3 extra days.
- If more time passes than expected, you can always check your order status or contact us for updates — we’re here to help.
Step 4: Track Your Package Anytime
You can check your order’s current location using the Tracking ID. Just visit the courier’s website (like Royal Mail, DHL, or your local post) and enter your ID to see real-time updates.
We’ll also send you email or WhatsApp updates at key stages — like when your order is out for delivery.
Step 5: Once Shipped, Cannot Be Cancelled
Please remember: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
